Rachel Howells is a nationally renowned Painting Conservator

Trained at the world famous Courtauld Institute she is a graduate of the University of York and lives in South Wales. With 25 years experience, Rachel has conserved paintings for national collections, museums, and private owners.

Rachel creates and exhibits her own artworks in both oil and watercolours.
